A bright green gold, this 04 Sauvignon Blanc serves up aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit and green apple. An intense palate of grapefruit and guava with a tangy burst of crisp citrus acidity and notes of hay in the finish.
Drink with Halibut or Sea Bass
Already garnet red, this 03 Pinot Noir is a concentrated mouthful of red fruits with spice and cedary oak. The aromas are somewhat reticent but it makes up for it in taste. A nice streak of acidity makes it a great match for a variety of foods. A clean finish shows firm but friendly tannins.
Drink with grilled chicken or pork
